A Singapore B2B software company
Often arrives when the product has outgrown its origin story. We work on positioning, a message hierarchy for sales and marketing, and a channel plan that stops every asset sounding like a different company.

Clickvault Nest is a small, senior team working on positioning, brand narrative, creative direction, content systems and channel planning. We sit upstairs in a shophouse on Jalan Pinang, within walking distance of Beach Road and the Bugis corridor, and we take on work across South-East Asia when the fit is right.
We are deliberately small. That means the people you meet in the first conversation are the people who carry the work. We prefer a clear brief, a written scope and a steady rhythm of drafts and reviews over volume for its own sake.
Discipline ledger
Each discipline below is a distinct line of work with its own artefacts. In practice they overlap: a positioning exercise feeds a narrative, which informs creative direction, which needs an editorial system to survive contact with channels. The ledger is how we name the work without turning it into a menu of promises.
We clarify what the organisation stands for, who it is for, and how it differs from alternatives that actually matter to the audience. The output is a positioning statement and a short strategic argument your leadership can use internally.
We build the story structure behind a brand: key messages, proof points, tone of voice, and the order in which ideas should appear. The message hierarchy document becomes the reference your teams use when writing anything from a product page to a keynote.
We set the visual and verbal territory for a campaign or a brand refresh: typography, photography direction, layout principles, and the creative platform that ties assets together across channels without repeating the same layout everywhere.
We design how content is planned, written, reviewed and published: editorial calendars, content types, governance notes, and templates that keep language consistent once several people are contributing.
We map how a campaign travels: which channels carry which messages, how assets adapt without losing the centre, and where paid, owned and earned media meet. We plan and brief; we do not run media buying on your behalf.
We document how the brand looks and behaves: logo usage, colour and type rules, layout grids, and guidance for partners who will extend the system. The brand system is written for people who were not in the room when decisions were made.
First conversation
We keep the opening straightforward. There is no pitch deck on our side and no obligation on yours. The point is to understand whether the work, the timing and the working relationship make sense for both parties. If it does not, we say so plainly and may point you toward a better fit elsewhere.
Most first calls last under an hour. We ask about your organisation’s structure, the audiences you need to reach, what you have tried before, and what constraints — approval cycles, regulatory review, internal politics — will shape any work we might do together. You leave with a clear sense of how we think, whether or not we proceed.
Sectors
We do not publish client names or logos. The categories below describe the kinds of organisations that typically find their way to the studio, and the kinds of problems they bring. Outcomes are described qualitatively — a clearer proposition, a message hierarchy the sales team could actually use — never as figures.
Often arrives when the product has outgrown its origin story. We work on positioning, a message hierarchy for sales and marketing, and a channel plan that stops every asset sounding like a different company.
Needs one narrative across markets without flattening local nuance. We build the story arc and editorial system; local teams adapt within agreed rules.
Partnership language has drifted. We clarify the firm’s argument, tighten tone of voice, and produce guidance partners will read.
Launch planning without a coherent brand frame. We draft the launch narrative, creative direction for key touchpoints, and a channel mix for the first season.
Studio glimpse
The studio occupies the third floor of a shophouse on Jalan Pinang, in the Kampong Glam conservation area. Mornings are quiet; the five-foot way below carries foot traffic toward Beach Road and the Bugis MRT interchange. Afternoons often bring working sessions at the long table. Evenings, when the CBD lights come on across the road, are for proof review and the unhurried work of tightening a sentence until it holds.
We work Mon–Fri, 09:30–18:30 SGT. Visits are by appointment. The people described on the House page work here by role — strategy, creative direction, editorial, design — without a cast of names invented for a website.
Working posture
We are an independent studio. We are not affiliated with media owners, platform vendors or distribution networks. Recommendations follow from your brief, not from someone else’s sales target. We document decisions, flag trade-offs plainly, and decline work that asks us to misrepresent a product or its audience.
Engagements take several shapes — a discovery sprint, a defined project, a retainer, or advisory — described in full on the Workroom page. The Sequence page walks through our five phases: Listen, Frame, Draft, Direct, Hand over. Practical questions about scope and handover sit on Briefing.
We write in British spelling, think in artefacts, and measure our own craft by whether the work survives contact with your organisation after we step back — not by metrics we cannot control. A positioning document that gathers dust in a shared drive is a failure, even if the workshop felt productive at the time.
Founders, marketing leads and communications managers find us when they need considered strategic and creative work and can tell the difference between craft and volume. If that describes your situation, the Directions page holds the address, telephone and email — no form, just a plain invitation to write.
